What is Cold Laser Therapy?
With cold laser therapy, our vets use a low-intensity laser or light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to help relieve pain, stimulate and enhance cell function, and improve healing.
Several conditions have been shown to improve with this treatment method, including joint and muscle pain, muscle spasms and arthritis symptoms.
Since cold laser therapy has a cumulative effect, multiple treatment sessions are typically prescribed. Your veterinarian will determine the number and frequency of therapy sessions required for your pet's circumstances.
